I am working as Manager Legal at Interwood Mobel Private Limited since May 2022 and have worked as Manager Legal at Punjab Healthcare Commission for one year. I have vast experience of working as External Counsel with Government and private departments like Punjab Healthcare Commission, Auqaf Department, ZTBL, LESCO, Pakistan Railway and SPARC (NGO). It is an honor for me to conduct more than 400 cases in High Courts Independently. It is important to mention here that i have been worked at Kashf Foundation from LO to AM positions.

Draft and respond to legal notices and also prepare other legal documents.
Ensure safeguarding of Commission\'s legal interest, suggest and implement improvement in transactional work and vetting / negotiating contracts.

Review Draft various agreements, MOUs, financing documents, inter alia Commercial agreements, Service Agreements, Lease agreements, Contractual Employment agreements, Consultancy agreements, Undertakings, affidavits, and other documents received mainly from differnet departments including HR/Admin (sensitive documents like suspension/termination letters etc.).
Draft written statements/para-wise comments/applications etc. For courts related documents in litigious matters.
Liaise with external counsels on pending litigation, attend courts hearings, and maintain update of court cases.
Review/draft letters and notices related to Contractual issues.
Draft legal opinions on legal issues.
Research on all legal matters and draft legal research memos.
